Gemlet is a specialized browser utility designed to enhance the user experience of the Google Gemini™ web interface.
The application loads the public web version of Gemini within a dedicated window and injects accessibility features, shortcuts, and workflow tools.
We do not own, develop, or host the “Artificial Intelligence models used.” The AI responses are generated entirely by Google LLC's services.

To use Gemlet, you must log in with your own Google Account.
The purchase of a Gemlet license does not include a subscription to Gemini Advanced or any other Google service.
You will have access to the Free or Paid version of Gemini depending solely on the status of your personal Google account.
Gemlet relies on the structure (DOM) of the public Google Gemini website to function.
You acknowledge that Google may update, change, or modify their website structure at any time without notice. Such changes may temporarily break Gemlet's specific features (e.g., shortcuts, screen reading).
We commit to making reasonable efforts to update Gemlet to restore functionality when these changes occur. However, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service if Google makes fundamental changes that prevent third-party wrappers from operating.
Latrova Tech ('We') grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable lifetime license to use Gemlet on up to 3 macOS devices owned by you. Reselling, sharing, or distributing the app publicly is strictly prohibited and will result in license revocation without refund.
Gemlet operates as a browser. Your chat data, login credentials, and interactions flow directly between your device and Google's servers.
We do not collect, store, or have access to your chat history, passwords, or personal AI interactions.

You may cancel your agreement and return the product within 14 days of your purchase without giving any reason.
To request a refund, please contact support (gemletsupport AT guilatrova DOT dev) with your Order ID. Upon refund, your license key will be immediately deactivated.
